Richard Homsany, BJuris LLB(Hons), BCom – Chairman

Mr Homsany is a corporate and commercial advisory partner with one of Australia’s leading law firms, DLA Phillips Fox, based in Perth, Western Australia.

Mr Homsany has extensive experience in corporate law, including advising public resources and energy companies on corporate governance, finance, capital raisings, takeovers, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestments.

Mr Homsany also has considerable board experience with publicly listed resource companies and is presently a non-executive director of Convergent Minerals Ltd. Until recently, he was also non-executive chairman of explorer Redport Limited, a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange that was taken over this year by the Toronto Stock Exchange-listed Mega Uranium Ltd at a value of approximately A$100 million (fully diluted basis).

Mr Homsany has also worked for an ASX top 50-listed internationally diversified resources company in operations, risk management and corporate matters. His international experience includes work on the Minera Alumbrera project in north-west Argentina.

Mr Homsany has completed the Certified Practising Accountant program and is a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). He has a Commerce Degree and Honours Degree in Law from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment from FINSIA.

Barry Woodhouse, BCom, BLaws, CPA, FCIS – Non Executive Director

Mr Woodhouse has significant experience in mineral and oil exploration and production companies having held a number of senior positions, including financial controller, company secretary and director, with companies operating in these sectors.

Mr Woodhouse is particularly experienced in the establishment, listing, management, and administration of junior listed companies as well as the rejuvenation and recapitalisation of companies.

Mr Woodhouse has held office as a director and/or company secretary of other ASX listed public companies including Artemis Resources Limited, Apollo Minerals, KTL Technologies Limited, Cooper Energy Limited, NGM Resources Limited, Aviva Corporation Limited, Hodges Resources Limited and Golden Tiger Resources Limited. Technologies Limited.

Mr Woodhouse is a Certified Practising Accountant and a fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Anthony John, BCom – Non Executive Director

Mr John has specialised experience in equity capital markets and the provision of merger and acquisition services with particular focus on large private companies operating in the mining service and distribution industries.

Mr John is an authorised representative of Patersons Securities Limited, specialising in the provision of advice to high net-worth private clients.

Mr John has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and is an associate member of CPA Australia.
