Redstone Resources Limited (ACN 090 169 154) (Redstone) lodged a prospectus dated 31 August 2018 (Prospectus) with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on that date, a copy of which is available on this website. Redstone lodged a supplementary prospectus dated 3 September 2018 (Supplementary Prospectus) with ASIC on that date, a copy of which is available on this website.
Neither ASIC nor ASX Limited take any responsibility for the contents of the Prospectus, the Supplementary Prospectus or the investment to which it relates. The Prospectus expires on the date 13 months after the date of the Prospectus. No securities will be issued on the basis of the Prospectus after the expiry date.
